Always...it will not fire unless the trigger is pulled...no magic involved!

I do prefer triggers that are double action on first pull, if not then I use the safety such as with my 1911's.

Always one in the pipe. That's why I went back to a DAO Kahr, simple to unholster and just pull the trigger. I was carrying a Colt officers 45, but carrying cocked and locked is really the proper way to go. Kind of weird but that made me somewhat uncomfortable at times. In a stressful situation flipping off the safety and then the light single action trigger made me switch. I like the fact that the Kahr has no safeties to worry about, a full trigger pull is all that's needed. The trigger is very smooth and not heavy or to light. Everyone has their own comfort zone when it comes to carrying, so you go with what works for you !

The Mika Pocket Holster and Dale Fricke Zack are my choices, have one of each for my pocket pistols.

The Zach gives me the added flexibility to safely carry Mexican style!
