380 Ammo or the Lack of It.
Went to three gun shops en route to the gym this morning and none had any 380 ammo which didn't surprise me. Bottom line, save your brass and start reloading when these components become more available as well.

I just ordered a box of 50 from Double Tap. 95gr JHP Self Defense rounds.
damn, and I'm sitting here with 500 rounds left out of my 800 I had on stock just 2 days ago. What to do, what to do!!!!

Double Tap is one of the best kept secrets (I guess it won't be a secret any longer). It's one of the few online retailers that does have .380 ammo, it's quality stuff, no reloads. It's on the hot side but within SAAMI specs. Prices have gone up but folks, it's better than not having any ammo at all. And right now, I'd be very surprised if any local shop in your area has .380 to sell. I just ordered a box of their 165 gr. .40 SW.

just bought 300 rounds of cci blazer brass from a friend of mine who sold all of his 380"s. now my supply is back up to 650 rounds plus 50 defense rounds.
I got lucky on those 300 rounds, as there is nothing within miles of my home.
gotta keep my little P380 happy and it's not happy if it is not going bang at least once ro twice a week.. ;D ;D
