I have read up on the 80% lowers. Think I'll wait, already passed on a $75 new plastic one.

Not a problem, I picked up a few AR lowers, and a 1911 lower. Figure for the cost, especially the ones that come with the jig to finish the work in an at home drill press, that it was worth a go.

Untill I looked them up I thought the jig would be really high.

The one offering the jig with the receiver now has them for 25 bucks, with no finish.

I'm getting the prototype sent to me to check out of the AR sometime this week since I was their first funder, the 10/22 he's going to tool up and do after the ar's. He wants some feedback before he starts full production. And add far as instructions, there are tons of them online, and on YouTube.
