and for me the most accurate 380 I have ever shot, maybe a large part due to REAL SIGHTS. It is a super POA gun for me. I have never shot fiochhi ammo and will now also just stay away from it to.
Broke in my new P380 Saturday
I did the 200 round break-in on my new P380 Saturday. I stopped after about a 100 rounds to give it a quick cleaning and it smoothed out noticably towards the end of the 200 rounds.
I cycled 150 rounds of Speer Lawman with no issues and 28 rounds of Fiocchi extrema JHP (Hornady XTP bullet) with no issues. I also fired 30 rounds of Fiocchi 95gr FMJ and had tons of trouble with it. Failre to return to battery was the most common, but there were also some mis-feeds. The gun does NOT like that ammo.
It's a pleasure to shoot compared to my LCP and I can get one more finger on the grip of the P380 than I can on the LCP without the extension. I've ordered the night sights and will begin carrying it after they are installed.
Overall I'm very pleased with it and feel it's a worthwhile upgrade to the LCP or P3AT. I probably won't get rid of the LCP since it's been flawless, but the P380 is in a different class.

The real sights are a HUGE improvement. I hope I am as accurate with the trijicon 3 dots as I am with the stock sights. BTW, the JHP Fiocchi was fine...it was the FMJ I had trouble with.
