Talking with some friends here in Texas about if I should want to buy a weapon here( not my home state). They are saying I can't by a pistol unless I'm a resident. I find that hard to believe. At the most I would think I could using FFL ?(dealer) to send it to a dealer in my home state?

That's an interesting question, I would just ask a retailer that's an FFl. Does your CCW license from Kansas have a reciprocal agreement with Texas. If it does, there may be no problem or wait.

Kansas is recip with most states including Tx. Yeah Toney I thought if nothing else and FFI would be permissible.
