Had looked at them at wallyworld, just thought they were a novelty until I bought one off the clearance rack for 5 bucks.

Have used it for two seasons, haven't had to change the batteries yet.

Sure beats climbing a tree with a flashlight in your mouth!!!

I bought some of the remote controlled lights but the stand by drains the batteries in two days.

I saw them in a store last year, they wanted $18 for it. When I walk my dog at night parts of the area aren't lit, so I carry a small tactical flashlight. The cap light might be good for me to use, so with leash in one hand, my other hand would be free. Someone around here has a pit bull that gets out and runs free. I'm afraid that it might attack my little dog. I have reported it to the code officer in the area, and my neighbor has called the police on it. Cause if either one of us has to shoot the animal, we wanted it on record that the dog was a threat and running loose.
