For the P380 with ct laser, my experience with a couple of options:
I have an Elite Survival, which is very similar to to a Remora type. It works fine but its not perfect. It prints a little and you have to be conscious of how you draw to make sure the holster stays in the pocket. Certainly fine for cargo pants and the like. I like to store the gun in it because it has no leather. It doubles as a car holster because I can shove it between the passenger seat and the center console.
I tried the Trace Tarco. Its a very nice leather, secure, comfortable light and thin, does not print at all, and was very reasonable. However after regular use it softened to where it's difficult to get the holster to "grab" my pocket even using its split top design. Its a beautiful little holster, but I have to be prepared to have it come out with the gun, then shake or drop it off. So it stays in the drawer as an alternate.
I eventually broke down an bought a Recluse. Expensive, but the best for not printing at all, comfort, secured trigger, and super easy to draw. Its leather so I don't want to leave the gun it it. I keep the P380 in my Elite but usually switch to the Recluse any time I'm wearing dress pants and/or around people.
