Iam new to Kahr forum and I recently bought a new CW380 and I love it. Only issues I have had is with anything loaded with a truncated cone shape. They fail to catch on the ramp and slide into the chamber. They always nose down into the rear of the area below the ramp. Not always but usually the second and third one out of the magazine. But anything round nose works wonderfully. Loves the Remington Golden Saber 102 grain and the Remington 88 grain hp. I understand that the Golden Saber is now part of the Ultimate Defense ammo. I have about 250 of the original stuff so I won't be needing any of that for a while. Also I had a minor issue with the slide stop breaking, the retaining tab broke off, and called CS and the told me to send an email with picture and serial number with shipping address. Got a new one in 3 days.

I have the CT 380 and it is a good shooter. Haven't had the issue of slide stop breaking. But- great of Kahr to send you a new one.
One thing to remember about these tiny guns- they are "tight"! Not much room for ammo that may be on outer the edge of spec. I have had lots of issues with Fiocchi .
But-Remington, Magtec, Gecco, Federal, Blazer, Hornady - all good.

Got out to shoot my cw380 again yesterday. Still doesn't like to feed the truncated cone shaped bullets of any kind. The nose down every time with 2nd and 3rd shots. Could be tight magazine springs. Not sure. Going to shoot more of the 95 gr round nose thru it until I get about 300 rounds thru it. Then try the truncated cone rounds again. Going to be spending time shooting it with my left hand as I have to have surgery on my right thumb. I have basal joint arthritis it it and they are going to replace the joint.
Yeah- I suspect your issue is ammo related. Small tight gun.

Other than Fiocchi- mine has cycled most everything else.

Well I don't have more than 120 rounds thru it so it still could be needing more break in time. Going to run a box of my hand loaded practice rounds which are polymer coated lead pushed almost to the max. It loved them earlier when I ran 3 mags full thru it.
