I agree. I have a Kahr 40 as well as a 45. My 45 is what I carry and the 40 I keep around the house. I love the feel of my K40 in my hands and that is the primary reason I keep it. Plus, I happen to like that snappy feed back from my 40. She's just a bit heavy to carry except in a shoulder rig. When I take the 40 to the Range I only shoot about 10 round through her.Based on my past experience with a K40, which was a nice shooting 40, it was still snappy compared to a 9mm or a 45. I personally like the 45, and enjoy shooting them. If you want the extra pop a 40 provides in a compact gun for sd I can see it....... but I wouldn't enjoy shooting it as a range gun, the 45 has a push when shooting as it's a lower pressure round.
My K40 says: "I love you Daddy, I really do". My TP45 asks: "Did we get'em Daddy, did we get'em".
