cw9 Extractor broken

I don't remember reading about any. Kahr CW9 - Style # CW9093, Kahr Arms Parts

Ouch..........not good.........thats a new one on me too........I would definitely call Kahr

called kahr this morning and they sent me a prepaid fedex label so they can fix it

Cool!!! Think I'd ordered the parts so I wouldn't have to wait weeks to get the pistol back.
But if it wasn't just a stuck or bad spring and something with the extractor slot in the slide kahrs will take care of it.
I'm thinking a bad extractor or its spring.

i think the extractor is what broke and they want to check it out

I just had an extractor broken but it was from a case head separation. It was in a E9. Ordered parts from Kahr and had them in 3 days. Only problem is that now I have a stainless extractor in an all black gun. Actually it isn't a problem, it gives the gun some personality.

i still do not know why it broke but hope my cw9 is not so fragile that it could not take a bad shell once in awhile . i know if it fails one more time i will sell it and try a different brand .
my carry weapon has to be reliable . when this one gets back i am going to run 150 to 200 rounds thru it before i trust it again

That's a rare occurrence on a kahr
