Hi, everyone!! I am new to the forum. I live in Miami, Florida. I am a forensic architect. I grew up in the suburbs outside Philadelphia. My childhood was filled with family shooting and hunting. As an Army Combat Engineer I was able to hone my skills with a variety of weapons including qualifying as an expert with the M-16. I presently own 2 Kahr firearms a PM9 and a PM45

Can you put in a few words what a "forensic architect" does?

I provide expert testimony regarding construction defects, failures and material defects/ failures. My testimony is based on investigation and analysis of building materials thru selective demolition which is then analyzed in a laboratory and or the construction is analyzed by comparison with the plans and specifications to determine if the defect or failure was a cause of the contractor(s) not adhering to the plans and specifications or if the failure or defect is a result of design negligence.
