Recently sent in to Kahr my 380 to be reworked. When they sent it back it was dirty from them testing it buy not bad. Noticeable but not bad. Since then I shot approx. 150 rounds thru it. White box Winchester, American Eagale and Ram. Cleaned today getting ready for a trip and BOY was it black, really black. It cleaned up good and easy but black. Thought that was interesting. I clean all of my others and they weren't near as bad. Just observing.

Neither. I was wanting some opinions on why the 380 was dirty. Would it's smallness mean anything? I wouldn't think so but it was far dirtier than the 9mm.

glad to see yours is working. Shot 100rnds through my striker replaced P380 Saturday with zero issues (50 winchester white box/50 pmc fmj). The guns do get very dirty as you have experienced... inside and out! they are fun guns to shoot, that is for sure!

I have been using SUPER QCG (quick clean guns) as my CLP the past 10 to 12 months and it is working great. It soaks into the steel thus preventing powder residue from sticking. My handguns have been much easier and quicker to clean and makes the actions smooth.

My P380 runs great with it and it works great on cleaning my eye-glasses. An 8 oz pump spray can is about 12 bucks but last a long time. I recommend you try some.
