I doubt that, but to me just another accessry that costs $26 that is not needed at all, but is a must have for some to. Not sure what the actual weight difference in the standard kahr rod and the stainless one is either. Again, it might reduce muzzle flip, didn't mean to try to shoot your reply down. anything heavier on the end should do something positive. In this case these rods are so small that the weight thing is debateable , looks wise, it will look nice to one who sees the internals. functioning wise, probably exactly like the standard recoil rod

Jocko, not only the internals, but it will look nice from the muzzle end to whomever it is pointed at!

I never tried to polish the factory end of the rod, I wonder if it willshine like the stainless one???

I replaced my Kahr P45 guide rod with a Stainless steel one and it reduced the muzzle flip and allows for easier target acquisition.
