FYI, the box of MFS that I purchased is horrible in my P380. Light primer strikes are causing spotty ignition. Running the same round through a second time will work some of the time, but not consistently. Steer clear unless you have another 380 to try these in.

Ljutic, I've heard that several times now, here and over at Kahrtalk. I bought 500 rounds of that and then sold it at the last gunshow for a bit more than I paid for it. I've used Aguila 95-gr FMJ and it's okay. I shot 150 rounds of that and 50 rounds of Buffalo Bore 90-gr JHP +P to "start" my break in. I had a few failures to feed with Aguila and a few more than that with the BB. I have since worked on the feed ramp and polished the heck out of it and I need to get back to the range and try it again. I need more ammo now. Aguila and that "Partizan" or whatever were selling for $22 a box at the GS and I didn't want to pay that much. I have a couple of orders in at Sportsman's Guide, one they are expecting to arrive tomorrow and another around June 11. Those arrivals can sure slip, though. But under $15 a box is worth a little wait.
Wynn :)
That little gun sure shoots great, though, accuracy-wise!

I bought a few weeks ago 6 boxes of PMC that some one listed a dealer had for sale and I think I paid around $14, which I guess is a pretty good price for 380 TODAY. Still think we 380 shooters are getting hosed big time. But it works great in my P380 for range fodder. I have never seen that Partizan ammo anywhere for sale and I would probably stay away from it after reading allthe bad comments about it. I tend to shy away from wolffs 380 ammo for reasons of my own, as many have no issues with wolffs ammo.

I've been shooting lots of hardball .380 to break in a LCP and P380. Eventually 1 will have to go, but for now I'm having fun deciding which stays and which goes. I'm leaning toward keeping the P380 if I can find a great BPH for it with the Crimson Trace attached. I might even send it back to Kahr for nightsights, but that seems like overkill with the CT on board. I've used PMC, Win White Box, and Remington ball. All worked great. MFS, was the only brand that gave me issues.

LCP likes Fiocchi Extrema HPs and P380 likes Double Tap 95 grain HPs. Both of those will do until I can lay in a decent supply of Silvertips or Gold Dots at a reasonable price per box.

I own um both also and not because this is a P380 forum but if one had to go it would be the lcp and not because is is not reliable, just that it is not the quality of the p380 and my P380 outshoots my lcp 10 to 1 for me anyhow and I do like the auto slide lock open and I do have xs big dots on my P380 and they are awesome, a feature the lcp just cannot offer.

Bot good guns, iMO, one is just better than the other, couse there is a vast price difference to.

I carry neither any more as my PM9 seems to want to go everywhere with me and I do like the firepower..
