When you see the the Sacramento Democrat Banty Roosters strutting their feathers about how they stopped future crimes with guns and put terrorists like the San Bernardino pair out of business, know this:

The magazine BAN SB-1446 says it is an infraction punishable by a $100.00 fine for possession. $200.00 and $300.00 fines if caught with a 20 or 30 round mag again and again. I assume you will also lose the $30.00- $50.00 value of the mag and have to get another one in AZ, OR or NV to replace it. All forms of security and police (including honorably retired), guns that came with a mag over 10 rounds (like the 17 shot S&W 9mms) as standard and bought prior to 2000 and movie studios are exempt.

An infraction in California (A)- is a traffic ticket arrest punishable by fine and no jail. (B) - An infraction must be witnessed by the officer, not a citizen arrest or report. Same as a stop sign violation.

Other then that - the crime stopper trough feeders also seriously raised the cost of a box of .38's to the working and ghetto poor legal gun owner. They will now have to get brother's written permission and register to buy one.

Think they want to stop crime, or just make a lot of noise in the forest to hear themselves pat each other on the back?

The cost of enforcing this stupidity would/will bankrupt the state for sure!
