I just got home from the gun shop with my new p380.
looks really nice and well made. i love the grip, a little more
area to grasp than the lcp, or micro 380. from m.r.
im going to the outdoor range on monday to break it in.
after i break it down and clean it tonight.
i will post a range review next week.

good idea to clean throughly. refer to the karh lube chart on this forum to. It is a dandy and one you should follow. READ READ READ the manual. Use the slide stop lever to load that first round, Try to hand rack it and my bet it will FTF on u. Make sure the recoil springs are on right. the open end of both the inner and outter go towards the front of the slide. grease the slide rails and then sit there and rack the sldie about 500 times. This really helps break in, without the bang thing> USE just regular fmj ammo to get it broken in right. don't mess with defense ammo until it is reliable, then test the defense round of ur choice. Practice close 7 yards and under. the trigger is looooong but totally smooth on the P380 and it takes some time getting used to. They are real shooters IMO.

Great gun, treat it right ...
