Ordered New P380!

I am psyched! I have owned and used multiple pistols over the last 15 years, from small Glocks to large 1911s. I becane so frustrated trying to carry my Glock 27 that I sold it today...after ordering a 2-tone P380. I am very excited, although I have never handled this model. Last time I held a 380 caliber weapon was my PPK, and I didn't like that one very much. I have been browsing/lurking on this forum, and just wanted to thank you all for a great breadth of info. I can't wait to get this gun...later this week I hope. Already have a bunch of ammo, and have ordered several holsters (Mika and RKBA), as well as a spare magazine!

Good choice, it's a good shooting, accurate, very small and concealable gun. You will like it.
You will love this little gun. Make sure you try different Ammo. I've got 300 rounds thru mine now,and have only had one FTF, which was probably my fault. I did try to let a guy with an LCP try it with his Winchester white box, and it wouldn't feed AT ALL. Keep the ammo, round tipped or pointed. I have CT with mine and really like them in the range, I have a hard time seeing the sites except in bright sunlight.
Good luck, have fun, carry every day!

Howdy!!!!!!
Glad to be here
The trigger pull on the P380 is soooo much better than the Ruger LCP. This gun is a pleasure to shoot. The Ruger is a very good pistol and reliable - I just could not adjust to that long trigger pull. The trigger on the P380 is just like my CM9, which I like very much!

The great thing about Kahrs is that across their line of pistols, the trigger pull is smooth and consistent. So once you own one and get used to shooting it, another Kahr model will feel the same and shooting it is a familiar experience.
