WOW! Super Pimp! LUV IT....

You gotta let us know how/where to get it done!!!!!!
The Master Engraver is Wade Chastain. He is exclusively represented by Jim Glidden. Total cost of this job was $400 Jim's contact info is:
[email protected]
JBG Corp. of Central Florida 55406 Hugh Dr., Astor, FL, 32102 Bus 352-759-2311 Cell 386-747-1572 Fax 352-759-2058

I just gave him the gun and a few quotes and ideas I had and he did the rest. Feel free to tell him to just duplicate the job he did here. He hates doing oak leaves and acorns and charges extra. Here is another 2 jobs I had him do on a Baby Browning and a Modern PPK/S to centerpiece my collection of relic Walthers.

The Walther

central FL here I come. Do you think he can work on a LCP? Engraving on the black slide would be cool me thinks....

Plus I kinda wanna keep my pee three eight tee stock....
I actually started out with the LCP380 as my carry but the kick bothered the missus and the P380 was more friendly and a little easier to rack. ...but I digress.

Yes it would be a candidate to have the slide pimped. Personally, I would have him buff off the bluing to shiny tool steel and then engrave that and nickel or chrome plate. He could re-blue it but
then you lose the contrast of the silver / blue. You might give Jim Glidden a call and ask if there is a way to etch the bluing and apply some anti-oxident to prevent it from rusting over the years. There is also a technique to fill the etching with gold or silver lacquer.

Those are cool! Has anyone here had any engraving done since this thread was active? I would like a small simple something on top of my slide. Maybe a skull or bulldog face. I've seen some that look cool and would like to know prices.
