Took the new black slide p380 to the range today. Prior to this I stripped, cleaned, and lubed (Mobil One synthetic) it. Also handracked the slide 400 times. One hundred rounds of Win White box and 50 rounds of Georgia Ammo. One hundred percent perfection. The little bugger suprised me at how easy it shoots. If my wife could work the slide I would get her one for her purse. Could have gone another 100 rounds but left it at home. Next week another 100 rds, and then try some SD ammo. Will try Critical Defense first. If it works there will be no further experimentation. If it does not function at 100%, then will try some Hornady TDX ?. I love the little gun. It is a nice complement to my PM9 and MK9. I will use it for dress pants and smaller pocket jeans. I look forward to learning more from members here.

Hornady does make a TAP that's a Cabela's exclusive. I think you might mean the new Winchester Bonded PDX. I have not tried either in my P380, but do like the Remington Golden Saber. Sounds like you are happy with your new friend. Congrats.

glad to hear it. I am a fan of critical defence, threre where reports of them having hard primers in the LCP.

i just got my 380 the other day and went to the range. after 130 rounds it would not cycle because of the dirt. went home and cleaned it and returned to range.shot another 150 rounds and cleaned. wont work with fiocchi ammo. win. rem. hornady worked great. hornady critical defense at 7yrds all shots in 3in circle. once broken in all is great . very good trigger. clayman
