I bought this holster thinking it would be good for ccw.The holster itself is well made but was very tight when I first got it.I had to wrap my cm9 in a t-shirt and stuff it in a little at a time. The holster came out of my pants several times even though I was wearing a belt when drawing.Thickness with cm9 is aprox 1.6 inches as well so you loose the conceal factor that you are looking for.Im going to try the non tuckable and see if it is better for me.This feels like im packing a glock 21!THe extra flap for the tuckable should attach with velcro so it can be taken off for the time you don't want to tuck. I hope this helps anybody looking at this holster.Glock 17 is in comparison pic with cm9..

Wow that does make the kahr into a little fatty there. They are nice holsters, but myself I like something attached to my belt..........I guess it's a reassuring comfort level thing.............
I like leather. I don't like kydex or plastic against my skin.
I don't like the feel of my desantas pocket holster through my pocket.
well its like rubber that suppose to stay in place. As hot as it is here in Texas that doesn't happen..If I ever have to draw my gun in self defence I want the holster to stay in place..They are well built but just to fat for ccw IMHO..Im looking at kholster, sheppards,Foxx and old faithful holsters.I believe Remora will take it back but there is a 10% re stocking fee and shipping both ways.I bet this holster gets DQed soon.
It does take some thought......... as to what style of carry you feel physically and mentally comfortable with..............and many times its a trial and error process........
I sent remora off today to get the upgrade leather and do away with full sweat shield and the tuckable flap. What they said is it should be a lot thinner using the leather. Also they are doing the upgrade free of charge!

Welcome to the forum Gonszo,
I have a Do Santis Pocket holster, as shown in the "Gallery" in the black menu bar at the top. In fact I have 5 of them now. I keep ordering them because IMHO they are the best and very comfortable I'v used. They do the opposite of all the problems you are having. I have them for three different guns. Don't give up pocket carry until you try one of these. I buy extras whenever I see one on sale ($14 to $20) and keep them in the car or wherever I might neen one. If I'm storing for a short time I'll grab one to protect it while I'm not using.
If you open up the "Type of Holsters" you see a picture of three. the one on the left I can't remember the name is Velcro'd to provide a better "no Print" from your pocket. I find myself separating them and using just the folded holster. I don't like having to squeeze my fingers between the flap and the att'd holster. It also works great.
Really give them a try before you give up. I like pocket carry quit a bit just under a tee shirt. I buy Levi's because the pocket is much bigger than others and completely covers the CM9 and holster.
Note: on my CM Do Santis it was a little tight at the trigger guard so I removed the thread at the trigger guard and stitched in a new location allowing the gun to sit fit better which also allowed it to go further in to the bottom of the holster at the nuzzle. Of course it went deeper in the the pants pocket which helped conceal better.
Hope this helps
