Last week I purchased a new P380 and had quite a few failures with premature slide locking open after many rounds. Kahr sent out a replacement, however the replacement slide lock happens to spin freely around its pin. None of my other Kahr's do this. I can see that the CW series would be unable to do this due to the slide lock being mim. But my K and PM series are the same as the P380 (2 piece). So, what say you? By the way, the new slide lock also locks up prematurely also. To me, it seems all they have to do is to file (shorten) the piece that the mag follower hits when it runs out of ammo and trips the slide lock to lock the slide to the open position.
