I get one side like I like it, then I fold it over and mark and cut the other side.
At this point getting the stitch line right is very important. After you glue and stitch one up, the sander or grinder will make the edges nice and square.
"Cheap & easy"..........you know bob, that brings back memories of many days (years) past.........but that's a topic for discussion at another time and place !!!!!
Hey Toney, I'm going to try it. I'd been going to do it anyway but now you convinced me as to how easy it would be. I need to get the snap tools first though. I've made a Kydex already and it wasn't bad at all.

Toney, can you make a scrap-speedo for bob? On second thought, you'd have to "wrap" it over his weapon..:cower: RON! my mind is burning..HELP!
