I've seen Aguila for about the same price. Has anyone tried these?

When I tested ammo for this blog, http://mousegunaddict.blogspot.com/2011/07/great-380-fmj-jhp-ammo-test-results.html I had really bad luck with Tulammo, Fiocchi, and S&B. All 3 had feed issues in my P380 with the Fiocchi being the worst as it wouldn't allow the gun to return to full battery.

Aguila was a much different story and I would buy the heck out of it if they didn't drop the 95 grain FMJ load from their catalog. You can only get the HPs now and I've never tried them.

If money is no object, then run Double Tap 95 grain FMJ or Buffalo Bore +Ps if you can stand the recoil. I can't justify the cost since I practice with what I carry so I opted for Rem/UMC Leadless FMJ flat points.

I read your ammo test & was looking for the Rem Leadless but couldn't find them locally either. Did find the Rem JHPs for a pretty reasonable price though & have been pleased with them. I've also had flawless results with the WWB flat point FMJs.

I get the Rem/UMC Leadless from Midway. http://www.midwayusa.com/product/845696/remington-umc-ammunition-380-acp-95-grain-flat-nose-enclosed-base-box-of-50 When I went to look that up for you, I see that Midway is closing out the Aguila HPs now just like they did with the Aguila FMJ several months ago. Looks like you need to grab it while you can.

I think that's about what I pay for them at my local Walmart too. It's a solid performer.

Walmart sells JHPs? Mine only sells WWB and Remington UMC.

$37/100. I'm not sure if they'll order ammo or not. Around here, they sometimes ask if the ammo is for a pistol or rifle. A friend told me he answered wrong (pistol) & they refused to sell it to him! I wonder what kind of rifle they think shoots .380ACP? I have only been asked once, while buying 22lr & my PC antennae went up immediately, so I answered "rifle". ;D More or less truthfully, even.
