If you have had the gun apart maybe you have that slide stop lever over that little springy thing on the left side instead of under it. take the magazine out and pull backthe slide and see if it locks open, if it does you have the slide stop in wrong. check that out first..scott240 said:

I have been having a few problems with my P380. First off it started great, the first 150 rounds went great no problem. Then I started to have rounds getting stuck at a 45 degree angle when trying to chamber a round. So I then heard you need to use the slide stop to slam on in. Well now when I put a magazine in and then pull the slide back it sticks back. It takes a while to free it up by pulling back on the slide, hold down the magazine release, and put on finger in the slide to push the magazine out from the top while not letting it close on my finger. It is a royal pain to do all that with two hands. And this happens just about everytime. So I am gonna take it to my gun store tomorrow and they said if it isnt an easy fix they will send it in to Kahr. This is my carry gun so all that is not good, and now I am carrying my Bersa Thunder 380 because it is much much more reliable right now. Any ideas what it may be and how long it takes to get your gun back from Kahr.
