Hey guys, i need some help. i just got my p380 on friday and i just
noticed the plate on the back of the slide is not lined up flush with
the slide. its backed out about a mm or so. all the pics i have been looking at its flush with the slide. any one else have this issue.
i need some advice

Got mine a few days ago - RA38XX - the back plate sticks out a little also - it is flush on my PM9.

the back part of tha tplate is what is actually held in by the #5 torx screw. If the screw is in there and tight, then it is as flush as it can get, IMO. Mine looks about what everyone else is saying and I never even looked or noticed it until it was brought up here today. Again I thimnk we are maybe being alittle picky, just my 2 cents worth.
I think I know what kahr is going to say and that is that it is ok...Not sure if that screw is still in there where that back part of that plate canever go either...
