Morning.......looks like a sit around day for us. Cool 57/39 and no rain....will be a pretty one. No g/k's today either. Don't know it Agatha has anything planned. Would be an awfully good day to ride if we needed to go somewhere.
Hmm? shoulda planned a range trip!

Morning...right around freezing & waiting for the rain & then snow to move in...may play pickleball unless it turns bad - don't mind driving on ice & snow except for others out there...was able to get in a gar session & grilled some thick bone-in chops yesterday - temp did make it into the low 40's...

Afternoon.....cool and breezy out- rain expected later. Have #2 g/k for a couple days. Went out earlier looking for some ammo- getting low on jhp for 380. Nothing available at Academy. That's pretty much my local store. Guess i may have to order it.
Was kinda excited to hear Kahr will make a double stack- "with other refinements"? Just may have to give one a try.

Geez …..I guess it’s a while since I posted. So it’s been snow …. Hello guys !
And more snow to come tomorrow….. so I’m dealing with some health issues and hopefully it will be fine.

Morning.........lots of storms last night. Lucky here- heard a little wind and rain a few times. No damage- but the alarms went off a few times. I think most of the bad stuff was east of Mobile. Lots of damage over near Bay Minette. Now looks like a pretty day ahead.
Really happy to hear Kahr has a double stack on the way. Always wondered why they didn't jump into that with both feet? Been saying I was done buying guns and need to get rid of some I never use- but I can see myself getting a double stack compact 9 and 380. I'll go for that.

Morning...warmed up into the mid 30's - the snow accumulation encircled my location which was rather strange...got to go out & do some shopping today...I may be interested in the dble stack as well if it doesn't change the trigger reach distance from the backstrap...

Morning (just barely)....had to run out early this am and do a couple errands. Back home now and ready for lunch. I like to eat. Oh well- looks like a slow easy rest of the day. A little cool out, but a beautiful day. Wanting to do a range trip- it's been a while- but guess that will have to wait on the right time.
Wish Kahr would go ahead and tell us what to expect. Already dreaming about a double stack 9 and 380 in a compact

Morning.......finally back home now after 2 Dr apts. No problems- just routine stuff. Man there were lots of folks at the hospital....had apts in 2 different buildings and parking spaces were non existent. Either a lot of sick folks or something else going on?
Oh well- pretty day...have no idea what the rest of the day will offer. Hope it is stress-less

Good early morning….. 22 and some snow off and on predicted….. at least yesterday was mostly sunny …… worked a full day, afterwards went to town hall to renew my Jeep registration…… since there is no state or sales tax here the cost is high, based on car value and weight. Since the car is new, it cost $480.00 for the renewal….. it does drop as the vehicle gets older ….. still is a crappy deal ! Glad I’m off next two days !

Morning.......finally drug up and sippin' on a cup. Looks like an easy day ahead- no plans. Agatha has a nail apt this morn. Need to get a range day in soon- before i forget how to get there! Really excited on then new guns from Kahr- probably will be my last buy. Real want a compact 9/380. We'll see?

Ouch!-$480 for tag renewal.....bummer. Mine was around $150-but I have a personalized tag- and that adds $55 to the cost.

Yeah Ron, vehicle tags based on MSRP on a sliding yearly scale isn't pleasant - from past experience...

Morning.....looks like maybe 70 today?- with a fair chance of rain. No plans for the day. She may want to go waste some money on lotto tickets! Funny what old folks do to throw money away. Oh well- may hit on something eventually. Stocks keep creeping upwards- I have one that is up by 4.5x. But all the bigger ones are rolling around on the bottom. Its a crap shoot.
Lost of crap happening all across the country- I kinda expect a rough summer....especially in the larger cities. Mobile has already seen a real spike in crime- robberies and shootings. Almost always the younger folks and the same demographic. Our schools are useless and have become a magnet for trouble. Its a mess-
Oh well....thank goodness I live where I do. If i hit the lotto- I'll probably move even farther out in the country.

Morning...24 & temp won't move much with chances of frozen stuff for several days...was able to grill some chicken enough for a few days yesterday plus get in a gar session...

Higgy, I tried to get my wife out to the country when we moved away from a very large city back home to another state & city suburb many years ago...she's a big city girl & said that she's afraid of animals...I immediately laughed & replied "you didn't learn anything when I was on the Dept did you...it's not the animals in the country you have to worry about - it's the ones living next door to you!"

Morning.........a little rainey out....have several errands to get done today. Need to get all caught up- will have #2 g/k tomorrow and rest of the week. This will continue till mid-March and supposedly she can get back in school.
Really need to work in a range trip....I'm having withdrawal pains! Got plenty of older 9mm that needs to be shot up, but 380 is getting short again-and I'm not finding it on the shelf. Online prices not coming down.
I finally saw the video where the cops in Memphis beat the crap out of the young man. I have to agree with the general consensus- 1) he should have complied with the cops orders, and 2) the cops went way overboard. No easy way out of this. Its bad all the way.
Oh well......perhaps some day in the future we may can see normal again?

Morning.......froggy out. Of course Mobile is known for its fog. Especially for the ships coming in back years ago- before satellite navigation. Now they move in the fog.
No big plans today- will pick up #2 g/k in a couple hours and start that routine again. Not much trouble at all.
Well....kinda excited about Kahr's new upgrade- just wish they'd get it on out....tired of waiting. Have a good day-
