Morning....sippin' on the last cup. Will go pick up #2 g/k shortly. I believe she only stays overnight once this week? She has a couple of day classes this and next week. Should be in school full time about mid month.
Well I am ready for a range trip. Pretty much decided to get rid of my little Ruger LCP Max. Pulled my CT 380 back out, and may pull out my Bersa 380 CC. I carry one of the Sigs most of the time- just on occasion want something in the pocket. The ruger is just painful on my finger -when I do shoot it. Its gotta go.
Nothing else going on around here, no rain for a few days. Y'all have a good day.

Morning...almost made it to 80 yesterday but today will be about 10 degrees cooler with rain / storms expected the remainder of the week...not going anywhere today - new laptop is due to arrive by early afternoon so will be getting it set up with my network, etc...last night my wife was complaining about the colors being off on the new printer as she was doing some scrapbooking - air gaps in one of the ink capillary tubes going to the print head on the mega tank printer was the culprit & had to waste some ink on an ink flush procedure to fix the problem...ink bottles are a lot cheaper method than cartridge based ink jet system...

Morning.....getting this day going finally.
Bill- you have that computer stuff down pat. I hate to think of what we may come up with when this old HP Laser jet Pro finally croaks. Agatha paid $100 for it used- several years ago. The cartridges are costly $$$! We have replaced only the black cartridge so far.
Man the news is getting really crazy out there- nothing in particular....just thinking that every piece of news we get is way out there. And so many killings! Kinda expecting the "antichrist" to pop up on the scene soon!
Oh well.....maybe we'll get through it all. One think I kinda believe we can count on- Joe will probably not get re-elected!

Morning.....sippin on the last cup. Wanting to get a range trip in soon. Finally got my old gun cleaning table moved over here from the old house. Have it set up on the front porch of Agatha's shed. Need to figure out a solution for air? Next door i had an air comp i used to blow the crap out of my guns after a range visit. Too much trouble to string up a line back to comp. Kinda thinking about an air blower? I have seen the small ones online- but not sure if they will have enough power to do the job? Just don't want to get another compressor- too big, too much space needed.
Anyway....I'll look at some possibly today.

Rain / storms forecasted today...don't plan to play pickleball this afternoon since I'll play tomorrow trying out a different facility that's much closer - just getting too many people waiting to play at the other location...staying home will give me more time to tweak a few things on the new laptop - everything is pretty much configured, updated & on my network but don't like some changes that were made in Win 11 plus trying to figure out where they moved files / programs plus not being able to move the task bar somewhere other than the bottom of the screen without making registry changes that's not a full cure...

Morning..........w-i-n-d-y here. The storms are well north of us- but we are getting lots of wind.
Good luck on that new laptop Bill.....I got lost on windows long ago. I don't even try any more. My brain gave up.
Have the g/k here. She will go home this evening. Starts school the 13 th. Hope that all goes well. Don't want to go through changing schools again and going through all the catch-up required. It's been a trip.
Oh well...looking forward to another range trip. The weather has been good- I just couldn't get away.

Heh...been doing DOS then Windows since it first came out...just don't like changes being made unless they add value - otherwise leave alone & also don't remove existing functionality in the newer OS....I've spec'd out & built other robust desktop towers but don't think I'll build more to satisfy Win 11 requirements...will probably spec out & buy Dell or another manufacturer depending on total system build costs...

Good evening…… been a while since I’ve posted. A lot has been going on for me lately. We have had a couple of snow storms in the last couple of weeks, nothing big time 4-5 inches. We are supposed to get a snow storm tonight..5-6 inches, temp is going to drop to 25. I’m at the lounge here …… smoking a JFR Lunatic titan with a Stella ……nice smoke !!

Afternoon.....started out cool this morn, but warmed up nicely. We ran the heater last night and early this morn- then the ac this afternoon. Spring is slowly working its way back.
Agatha and her sis are planing a casino day tomorrow- thinking I'll stay here. May attempt a range trip. Might be dangerous though (crowded) on the weekend. I'll give it some thought. Really want to shoot some. I finally boxed up the Ruger LCP Max and pulled the CT 380 back out. It don't hurt my finger.
One more week of keeping the oldest granddaughter- then she will be back in school. A week later the grandson comes for a week- think they are calling it spring break. Always glad for him to visit. Actually I was his nanny from about 6 months til kindergarten. Agatha was working then- so I was the one. I spoiled him- lots of popcorn and kiddy movies.

Morning....working on last cup. Looks like an easy day- no rain, but partly cloudy. Agatha has Dr apt later- guess I'll chauffeur her around. No other plans today. Will have #2 g/k Tue- Fri. She'll start back to school Monday.

Will go get the G/K soon. This will be her last week here. Starts school Monday. Hope it all works out- she has special needs, and the "right" kind of school is in short supply, and then difficult to get in, plus very expen$ive.
Ordered some ammo yesterday.....seems as though it's cheaper that way- just gotta get a big enough order justify the shipping. Just waiting for range day.....

Morning...no more 70's this week - supposed to only get near 60 with rain / storm potential...going to pass on playing pickleball today due to players moving in from other facilities causing overcrowding & long wait times - will start playing at a center that's close my house on different days...
A long time ago there was an indoor range within a 1/2 mile of me - now it's a 20 mile drive one way...there's 1 closer but it costs a lot more, don't allow rapid fire but would make an exception for me if no one else is there, & then tried to convince me that shooting long barrels in their 25 yard range was the same as 100 - won't shoot there...if I had a range like Hickok45 I'd probably be broke...

Afternoon....just got access to my puter. I agree Bill....If I had a range like HK45....I'd be in heaven. In fact- IF I ever hit the lottery- I'll have one! That's about the only real entertainment I have today. I guess it's okay to dream
Not much going on here....#1 son is out of town on a job- I've been taking acre of his animals. It's an easy chore- just time consuming. He keeps the grass cut and the bushes trimmed-so I guess I need to help out when I can. Especially the easy stuff. Have a good day.......
