todays post, rant or whatever!!!!

Morning...

Evening.....long busy day, had a funeral to attend over in Mississippi- and almost made it. Had faulty info. Finally got there when it was over. What a trip. Drove all the way over there and finally found the right place- only to get out of the car for 10 min and then drive back home. And #2&3 gk waiting on us when we got back home. Anyway- finally done.

Termidor- yes, I believe that is what is in my bait stations here. However- I live in mobile -the termite capital. There were so many swarms in both Mobile and Baldwin counties that they actually slowed traffic in areas where street lights were in use- that is not a joke. It happens every year. They emerge from the ground and go to light. I should have taken pics to post- most would not believe how many there. Maybe next year- if i think about it.
Anyeay- here it is 8pm and I'm finally winding down.....I'll sleep well tonight.

Morning......having my cup of joe- Agatha said yesterday that she wanted to run out to the mall this morning and possibly across the bay to a couple stores over there. So- I may be in for another trip today.

I see our termite swarm made the local news- it was quiet a sight...it covered 2 counties- ‘This is the worst I’ve ever seen’; locals weigh in on termite season

Morning...planning to go to Home Depot after getting my hair cut to buy more stackable bins for the garage at another location since my order was cancelled due to a lack of inventory then back to moving more items back into the garage & shed...several small parts bins / organizer racks are arriving today for a large amount of fastener / nail storage - told the wife there is no way I'm getting rid of them to include reducing the quantity...

Morning....finishing up my last cup. No company today- looks like an easy day. Hope so. Agatha has been wanting to go get some lotto tickets for a while now- and she also wants to stop by a shop on the way (just an excuse). I'm good with it. Just as long as there is no rush here and there.
Doc started me on a couple new meds- i picked them up yesterday. My medicine caddy is full now. 12 pills per day! Some will go away in a while. At least the xeralto is free to me -since I am in a trial.
Oh well, not much else happening.....have a good day-

Morning...got more done on the garage project moving items in...the small parts bins / containers came in & managed to move a lot of nuts & bolts that were in an old aluminum sleeve type containers (wife wants me to give away a lot of the fasteners but I said no - not yet)...still have a few more bolts & nuts to move over & then the screws are next...it was still too wet to move more into the shed or mow with some standing water...
Hope the new meds work for you Higgy - glad that I'm down to only 1 - 81 mg tab of aspirin every other day & still bleed / bruise easily...

Morning........getting ready for another doc visit- got a couple tests this morning. Hopefully I'll (they'll) get this all hammered out eventually and I can settle down again. Probably will not find out anything today- just do the tests. I'll hear from them in a few days?

Morning.....well the docs office called and they want me to come back for another test today. Hopefully we'll get this all hammered out and get back to normal. Kind of a pain getting in and out of this complex where the new doc is. Lots of traffic. BUT....my cardio doc recommended this guy- so I'm gonna stick with it.
Hoping to get a range trip is someday- but.....some kind of crap keeps getting in the way. I'll get there-

Evening...lunch & gar session with a friend then back on moving & arranging stuff back into the garage & shed...may be able to escape some of it tomorrow as well in meeting up with some team members for lunch & cornhole - still too damp to mow...maybe Friday...

Good evening…. Made a rack of ribs for dinner with baked beans tonight, and had a couple of friends over to eat up ….. weather is kind of cool at 40 now, and a freeze warning in effect tonight ! I’ll be glad when it finally warms up for good now…. Otherwise just trying to keep my diabetes under control, as it swings from high to low. The nurse is calling me every week to check on my progress and the app that links to my continuous reading meter sends reports that they can download. So they are following up with me, I can also put notes after each reading to see what affects the results.

Morning...may not get rained out for my games tonight so plan to sit back & take it easy until then...did manage to get the yard mowed before anymore rain develops & got a long gar session in last night to relax...

Morning........looks like the forum may be working now?- tried earlier and it was snafu. Gotta run out and get a hair cut this am- preparing for a big wedding tomorrow- outside! and it might rain (40%!!! ... ). When i get back- gotta take the son's dachshund to the vet- have a 1 PM apt. She has been acting poorly. Hopefully it will all work out.
Well- stay on your toes fellows...lots of crazy crap going on out there. Sometimes I wonder if we are approaching the "end-times"? One thing is for sure- we have completely lost peace in in America. Crazy stuff going on everywhere- not just New Your and Chicago. Be watchful.......

Morning....trying to wake up and get a grasp on the day. I guess I'm lost.....it's Sunday! Lost a day or two there somewhere??? Well- went to a fairly elaborate wedding yesterday. The $$ figure I heard for the cost is 2 x mine and Agatha's combined yearly income! Oh my gosh.....and the way some of the ladies(?) were dressed was a stand alone sideshow itself! OMG! What a trip.
Oh well...that is done. Looks like a slow week ahead. Maybe i can work that range day in..........

Morning...plan to do nothing except for, maybe, another gar session while watching a ballgame...yesterday the wife wanted all of the thousands of bolts, nuts, screws & nails that remained to be put away into the new storage organizers if I was not going to get rid of them which took hours to do - told her the nails stayed in their original boxes & sacks but put them into a better box then pulled the keepers off the poles on a very strong magnet to sweep for any tiny fine nails that dropped to the garage floor...

Morning...got ballgames tonight so will just rest, I hope, until then...

Evening......got tied up this morning?....guess I got lost in my things to do. Trying to plan a range trip for Wed ... if something doesn't get in the way. Think I'll leave the 380's at home and have a 9mm day- got plenty of older ammo that needs to be used up- S&B 124 ball.
#2 gk comes back for the summer starting Thursday. We'll have her Tue- Fridays.
#3? I do not know. Both parents work...so she may figure in there too- somewhere- somehow?
Hope we survive......

Morning...still need to finish cleaning up / getting a few more things off of the back patio either into the shed or garage - may get around to it...
