todays post, rant or whatever!!!!

Morning......just dragging out the day. Trying to plan a range trip for tomorrow morn- IF it doesn't rain. Will be strictly a 9mm day. Will pull some 9's out of the locker and knock the dust off of them. May even pull out the Makarov- got 2 boxes of ammo for it. Just have to watch the weather.....we'll see.

Morning...got a lot more off of the patio & put up, trashed or donated so not that much left...still deciding if I'll install a rail & hook system on the garage wall like what I've done in the shed many years ago since I've got several unused rails remaining...otherwise I plan to get in a gar session unless rained out...

Morning...the rain missed my area so I got that gar session in & hope for the same today with rainout ballgames scheduled for tonight so just resting up...

Morning........missed my range trip yesterday, and things getting in the way today. Will go pick up #2 soon- she'll be here a few days. School is officially out now-so she will be here a lot this summer. Also #3 will be here some too. I'll see how the day pans out- may can work the range in.

Morning........trying to get the day going here. Have #2 & 3 here. Agatha want to go and buy a pool to stick out in the yard (in the way). We'll see how the day goes......
Made it to the range yesterday...fired off a couple hundred rounds of some of my old 9mm ammo- no issues with it- either the S&B fmj or Remington jhp. Range was kinda busy- so I didn't stay too long. First up was the Canik TP9- SF Elite. Did well- it's a fairly large gun. When i pulled the chart on it to record the session- I then realized I hadn't fired that gun since Feb 2018!!! OMG...thats 5 years! Gee whiz i lost some time there somewhere? Wake up boy!
Then I pulled out my Sig p365- 9mm. My goodness what a difference!- 1st shot dead center of bulls eye. It was amazing at how much smoother and less recoil that little Sig had compared to the larger Canik. Anyway- had a good time. I needed the break. Now....guess I need to go in there and see if I can help Agatha with these g/ks.....

Morning...plan to sit back & take it easy all weekend...have a good one!

Afternoon........had a busy day.....been out to town with Agatha 3 times today! She had me up and at 'em early this morn. We covered a lot of ground. #2 will be out of town til Wed, and #3 went home this morn. So...we are home alone. I will soon plan another range trip as I enjoyed the last one. Actually kinda thinking about pulling out all the guns and trying to decide what to get rid of!. Have some I definitely want to keep and hand down, but a few that I just do not want to keep. Thinking about possibly buying one more gun. My 2 Sig 365's have been so outstanding that I think I want to get either the 365 in XL model or the Macro version. Same gun- just longer barrel and larger grip. That should fix me up. Same gun in 3 different sizes. All the rest I'll just put a name on them and lock them up. Really thinking about that..... Oh well.....have a good day.

Morning...did mow the yard & got a long gar session in yesterday...not much today - will watch the race...

Afternoon...the installer arrived at 7:30 this morning to start on replacing the back garage door to the patio & will finish the outside trim work tomorrow...cleaned out the tornado shelter after opening it for the installer who was interested - had a lot of flakes from the garage floor project along with a general cleaning...

Evening.....been kinda busy. Will have #2 &3 g/k tomorrow and most every week through out the summer. This may be a challange- as Agatha will start working again part time starting tomorrow! WE'll see how this works out? It may be a good thing...and may not? We'll see soon.

Morning...outside trim for the garage patio door supposed to be installed today then need to run errands & drop off a 20 year old Dell laptop for recycling that I finished wiping last night...

Morning.......struggling to keep #3 happy and quiet this morn.........#2 not up yet...and Agatha is sleeping in too. She worked a short shift last night. Tonight is expected to be a 12 hour shift! We'll see how all this goes??? I'm too old to baby-sit by myself.

Morning...back patio door job completed yesterday, errands run & grilled burgers...some Liga Undercrown gars arriving today then resting up until ballgames tonight...

Morning...lunch & gar session with a friend then decide if I really want to mow later in the afternoon...

Afternoon........things settling down a bit. Was in overload this morning- by myself with 2 gk's. This is definitely a woman's job! Now Agatha finally drags out of bed- after the fact. One more night of this (easy for her) job.
Okay- it's the weekend......#2 goes home for the weekend, and #3- not sure yet. So I get a break. We'll see how this works......
Was fooling around yesterday with my glasses. Liked the frame on my old ones better- so dum dum trys to swap out the lens. Both are wire frame......and I broke the thing that holds the lens on the old frame...the frame I WANTED!. Finally got my new lens back in the new frames!......but they are injured. Not good at all. Have an apt tomorrow to order some new frames. If you don't think that is funny?.......just remove your glasses and try to work on something small.... you will soon realize that you can not see with your glasses off. That will not happen again!

Morning....nice and quiet- no g/ks. Enjoying my coffee. Looks like an easy day on the books. Will run out to store later today. Nothing else on the schedule. The grand-girls come back Monday-so....I'll try to get the most out of this weekend. #1 grandson will be coming in a week or so. Always glad to see him.
Agatha did mention casino yesterday?- so i guess a short trip is in the works. I never win

Morning...ended up mowing & trimming yesterday then cooled off with a couple of beers with a next door neighbor who had just finished putting down 15 bags of mulch...no plans yet for today & hope it stays that way...

Just finished a software update on my Outback's Infotainment's head unit system - once I downloaded the software on to a USB flash drive it only took about 13 minutes with the car running so not bad & much quicker than the 1.5 hours the dealer wanted after I set an appt....nothing else except to try to get in a gar session...
