Good Morning All

Has anyone sanded down the bottom inside of the trigger guard to smooth it out a little bit? If you have, how did you do it? Wet or dry paper, dremel tool or what? After about 50 rounds, I get a terrible blister on my trigger finger where it rubs against the inside of the trigger guard. That area is awfully rough and I'm thinking a little sanding to smooth it out would help a lot. Any thoughts????

Jack;
I have the same problem. I resigned myself to putting a little surgical tape or band-aid on my finger when at the range. I figured if I need in self defense which it is intended for I won't shoot enough to have my finger hurt. I don't want to scuff an otherwise handsome gun.

Gee, I don't have that problem at the range. But that's not a bad idea!

I also wouldn't resort to filing/grinding/sanding on a fairly new "$500+" piece... But some may... And that's OK...

Tight groups!

I had this problem with a K-T P3-AT - couldn't shoot even a magazine without losing trigger-finger blood, but did not have the issue at all during 250 rounds break-in with the Kahr.

Are you holding it firmly with the other three fingers?
