+1 everyone and welcome. I think this will be fun (and informative) but more importantly fun. :)

It's quite a gun:

Hi, I just had one shipped to my local dealer from an aution at Gunbroker.com. It was the only place I could find inventory. I visited it yesterday, but didn't get to shoot it. Love the feel and I think it will be a great pocket carry. I ordered a pocket holster from the Kahr site. BTW, I let the dealer hold it over the weekend because he wanted to get some customer preorders.

I have an LCP380 that I hope this will replace. The P380 reviews have said that the recoil is much less in the p380.

Will report back next week after I run 100 rounds through it.

I have had mine for a week now and 400+ rounds through it. Very ammo sensitive but nice shooting gun. Likes the Hornady Critical Defense ammo.

Howdy!!!!!!
Does anyone know why Fiocchi does not work in P380, I got three boxes and have to litterally push the slide back in place after each round fired because seems to lock slide back like its empty after each shot? Shot blazer and even reloads purchased through range and no problems, but Fiocchi sucks with this gun. Also does same with friends p380 as well, but other friend has sig 238 and shoots it great. Any thoughts would be appreciated, just curious more than anything.
Howdy!!! I have not ever tryed it in the 380. The three boxes I bought for my nagant cost as much as the revolver!!!
Welcome..........sometimes a gun will not like certain ammo, as evidenced by your gun and your friends not cycling properly using the same ammo. That's just how it works out at times. See if you can trade the ammo for a different brand, and just don't shoot the fiocchi in it again. I have shot fiocchi in my MK9 with no problem. The smaller the gun with tight tolerances can cause them to be finicky with some types of ammo.
Have had mine for about a month that I purchased from a friend who claimed he hardly used it. Perfect for CC. Have had some issues with the first round not wanting to feed into the chamber all the way when I pull and release the slide and spent brass not being ejected all the way. Cleaned and oiled thoroughly with CLP. Ran some Remington rounds through it and have the same problems. Don't know how old it is, guess I'm going to have to contact Kahr. Anyone know it you can determine the date of manufacture from the serial numbers on line?
Been told for approx. date of manufacture may be had by calling kahr and asking. Several folks have done that when Jay was at that position. Surely the new person will continue the good customer service.

To chamber that first round you need to do it from the slide being locked back, and use the release lever........this will ensure reliable feeding of the round..........this is common to Kahrs in general.......and they even tell you to do it this way !!
